The Rancho Tehama runway is once again in full compliance with the Cal-Trans permit requirements with the completion of the striping of the runway.

With the help and cooperation of Director Danny Murray, who authorized the purchase, and maintenance worker Roy Daniel for delivering the paint and marking tool, we were able to complete the striping project on September 24.

The next project is to place a windsock near the halfway point of the runway on the North side.  We will tackle this next task when we have had some rain and the ground is softened up and we can auger a hole for placement.
